I had a custom order with RPS Solar, just getting the items I felt I needed from their business with other miscellaneous item to be picked up in my hometown. My order was complete as ordered and the packages were well protected from the hazards of shipping, arrived on-time in accordance with the tracking number. This is the first product I have bought from RPS but it is the second Solar Pump I have purchased. My first pump lasted 11 years due to a dirty well and in 2026 RPS has the best competitive prices, and the sales staff were very knowledgeable and informative. They took the time to send me two different quotes, and I think we even reformed the one to some degree. The sales staff sent me links to very useful "How-to Videos" and other How-to literature. I called the "Tech Support" number once and they answered my question within seconds and assured me I could call wherever I felt the need to even long after initial installation. I am very satisfied with RPS personnel and products, I with highly recommend this operation to anybody looking for DIY Solar Pump system.

This well waters about 100 head of cows and also sends the water 2 1/2 miles down a pipe line to the house. This is the second RPS Solar pump that I have installed and also have one as a backup in case I need it. The only thing that I have had to do on the first pump that I installed is change the impeller which is a few minuets job.
This pump is less than half the cost of the other pump that I was using before. I told my neighbor about this pump and he bought one and installed it and then bought another for another well.

I think this is a great addition to the system. It works very well. I have no problems if I need to use the generator all I need to do is plug it in and it automatically sets up and runs my pump just fine.
He was a little confusing at first. But once I started putting everything together everything seemed to work as it should
Now the biggest fan on the Pole mount, Portugal's port, the solar panels, but it works just fine. I live in a very high windy area and noticed that they constantly are trying to move only thing. I had an issue with was setting up the batteries. I ended up with one battery that was bad, but they did not. Hesitate to send me a new battery to replace the old one. When I had questions, they were there to help. May get through the issues other than that. The videos and tutorials that they have in the book are spot on. Take this moment and thank R. PS4 all the support that they gave me, thank you.

We bought the 1600 watt pond fountain system for our pond to improve water quality and create an enjoyable visual element - sounds good too. I was hoping to install prior to my son's wedding at the pond, but with all the other preparations, I ran out of time and the system sat in my garage for well over a year, maybe two. After listening to my wife complain about another unfinished project clogging up her garage and an occasional check-in from RPS to see how I liked my new system, I embarked on this project. The instructions provided and videos were very clear and helpful. I bought 3 inexpensive solar racks that I put on wheels, and got the fountain completed. We absolutely love the fountain and the improvement to our water quality an aquatic life. My neighbors like it as well. Our pond is now an even more fun part of our farm. More importantly, RPS has the best customer service of any organization I have ever experienced. If I called after hours and hung up without leaving a message, they would always call me on Monday to make sure everything was OK. When my daughter-in-law rode her horse across my shallowed buried cables and tore things to shreds, I called RPS and they remembered me, my system, and helped me with the exact replacement parts I needed. These are genuinely good people who care about you and your satisfaction.
