I have had an amazing experience dealing with RPS Solar. When you call or text, you speak to someone right there in Woodland, CA. I appreciate that so much. So far our system is working amazingly. Last year I ordered my system and realized that I needed a bigger pump. RPS staff were super helpful in helping me choose another pump. They bought back my original pump and sent me the new one in just a few days. Very fast shipping. I am getting almost double the gpm output now. Very impressed with this USA company and proud to support them.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I really appreciate the unparalleled customer and technical support provided by RPS. I started my solar water well system in 2020, have since upgraded, and have convinced 2 others to buy as well. I also have one brother that's planning an install in December. The entire team has been so great to work with. Learning on the fly as a newbie, I've had many questions, sometimes it takes me a few times to get the jest of what to do, the RPS team has been so gracious and patient with me. This level of service is very rare. I'm very grateful my well is up and running again. If you're in the process of buying and curious about their service, I for one give RPS 5 stars all the way.
